With over a decade of teaching experience in public, private, charter, and homeschool settings—including international schools in Thailand—I bring a wealth of knowledge to every interaction. My programs focus on character education, cultural appreciation, and fostering creativity.
Entertainer Experience
From touring globally with the NED Shows to performing as Purple Jen, I deliver awe-inspiring shows featuring yo-yo tricks, classical saxophone, ukulele, and bubble artistry. Whether it’s a festival crowd or a school assembly, my performances leave audiences amazed and inspired.
Show Producer
As a creator of original performances, I specialize in crafting dynamic shows that entertain, educate, and inspire young audiences. I combine my talents in performance, education, and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences.
My repertoire includes:
• JenUwins Journey to Joy: A engaging 35-minute show featuring a unicorn, the yo-yo, magic tricks, 80s/90s nostalgia, and lighthearted comedy.
• The Land of Colors: Follow a unicorn on a magical journey through the forest as she discovers musical instruments and how sound is made—buzzing, blowing, and bowing. By helping each instrument fix their wonky sound, she earns a color for her mane, culminating in a vibrant finale and the original song “Purple.”
• Saxophonic Spectacular: A musical adventure showcasing the beauty and versatility of the saxophone, blending classical and contemporary pieces to spark curiosity and joy in young audiences.

Classical Saxophonist
This is music most people have not heard of and didn't know existed for the jazz saxophone is more prevalent however the classical saxophone is luscious, golden, snazzy and frisky! The music is dynamic and the piano plays and equal part in the compositions. I've created Saxophonic Spectacular shows for elders and elementary schools!
I speak about the classical saxophone as the Orchestral Outcast showcasing the history of the instrument and why it is uncommon in the traditional symphony orchestra setting (and where it arises!)
Educator
I've designed classes taught online during the pandemic for a charter school that foster art & technology for self expression:
- Circuits & Coding, for middle schoolers - using Chibitronics copper tape, LED stickers and a power source plus coding to create interactive illuminated artwork
- Digital Storytelling & Broadcasting, for middle schoolers - using iMovie to compile and create content for clarity and intrinsic motivation and creative curiosity
- Creative Digital Photography, for high schoolers - using Affinity and Lightroom to learn the fundamentals of photography and to create unique photographs.
- Unicorn Academy, for elementary schoolers - reading unicorn stories and exploring unicorn mythology from around the world, time and space! Become a unicornologist with JenUwin the Unicorn!
